OUR CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

PLAN / PROJECT

This phase includes creating a strategic plan for the project, creating a design, securing permits, renting plant & hiring the workforce.

COnstruction

This phase lasts from the moment physical construction begins until physical construction ends.

POST CONSTRUCTION

During this period, the job site is cleaned, plant equipment returned. All documents related to the project are handed over to the owner.

Pre-Planned Maintenance

Regular and Planned maintenance can prolong the life and appearance of your premises, allowing you the time to fully focus on the day-to-day running of your business.

Building Refurbishment

Working with you to create your perfect working space we can offer the complete suite of refurbishment projects. Whether it’s a refresh of your work space or a major refurb, our service includes electrical, mechanical installations, joinery, plastering and decorating.

Reactive Maintenance

When the unexpected happens we can respond to the incident ensuring the impact to your premises is minimal. Our engineers will attend and first fix if possible. We will then produce a report and quote for any follow up work if required.

Compliance Management

A bespoke service tailored to your individual requirements to ensure your building and its stakeholders across your organisation is compliant with all building regulations and maintenance requirements.

Project Management

Communication is key in any project. Working closely with you, we are committed to delivering high quality works. We will ensure your project is delivered on time and within budget. Projects include: end of tenancy dilapidations, washroom refurbs, office fit out, flood damaged repairs and refurbishments.

Our team are made up of talented, highly skilled trades people all of whom have industry leading qualifications in their respective fields. This includes Gas Safe, NiCEIC, Cure It and we are proud members of The Federation of Master Builders (FMB).

GUARANTEE & INSURANCES

For the ultimate peace of mind, we offer guarantees on all our services, whilst these differ from project to project. They can reach a maximum of 10 years. In addition, Ethos CA Ltd operates as building contractors with full public liability and employer’s liability insurance coverage worth £5m and £10m respectively.
